Prior to joining Madison, Ken was the VP & GM of Cooper Lighting a Signify Corporation. Mr. Walma was instrumental in building an inclusive global team and transformed the company through innovation offering a new value proposition that enhanced growth for this $1.6B Billion business. Currently, he is the President and CEO at Big Ass Fans which brings industry-leading airflow and energy savings to customers worldwide, creating safer, more productive work environments in industrial facilities.
Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He has earned various accreditations from Georgia Tech, Rice University, and various industry associations.
