Mr. Roshandel brings to Madison over a decade of experience leading M&A transactions. Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Roshandel served as Of Counsel with the global law firm Paul Hastings LLP where he regularly represented clients in leveraged buyouts, minority investments, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and financing transactions. In addition, he provided general corporate counseling, advising on commercial contracts, executive employment arrangements, equity incentive plans, corporate governance, and other general transaction matters. Previously, Mr. Roshandel served as Advanced Product Development Engineer at Aksys, Ltd., one of the first companies to obtain FDA approval and bring to market an at home hemodialysis device.
Mr. Roshandel earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010 and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University in 2003.
