Ms. Brown is responsible for identifying and developing commercial relationships and partnership opportunities for Madison Industries. With a focus on entrepreneurial, culture-centric companies, she seeks to drive business growth that aligns with Madison’s mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive.
She began her career with Madison at Hydra-Stop (a Madison Safety & Flow company), where she was involved in marketing strategy, financial planning and analysis. Previously, she also served in the Talent Acquisition Division at Lincoln International. Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, graduating cum laude, from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business. During her four years at Illinois, she founded the Women in Finance Academy and served as the Corporate Relations Chair for her business fraternity, Phi Gamma Nu.
