As CEO of BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV), the largest U.S. provider of commercial landscaping, Andrew reversed the trajectory of the business via strong organic and M&A-based growth, revamped BrightView’s leadership team and successfully integrated the company’s East and West Coast operations into a single enterprise. Through continued acquisitions, he strengthened BrightView as the largest and only publicly traded company in the industry. Brightview employs 20,000 people and creates over $2.8 billion in revenue.
Before joining BrightView, Andrew was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Precision Castparts, an aerospace and defense manufacturer. He ran the company’s largest group when the company was taken private by Warren Buffett for $37 billion, Berkshire Hathaway’s largest-ever acquisition. Andrew brings over 25 years of executive experience leading and scaling global organizations as the President or CEO for top industry-leading companies including ESAB NA, Metalico, Inc., Spartan Light Metal Products, and TI Automotive/Walbro.
A fluent Japanese speaker, Andrew earned an MBA, MS Industrial Engineering and MA Japanese Studies from the University of Michigan, as well as a BA with Distinction from The Colorado College.
Andrew currently serves on the Ross School Advisory Board of the University of Michigan and the Board of Governors of the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia.
