Nikhil Tamhane
President, Clear Edge Filtration-Filtration Group
Nikhil serves as the President of Clear Edge Filtration, where he is building a mission and culture-led organization helping global customers in mining & chemical extraction to solve complex process Filtration challenges through material science designed in their products. Nikhil joined Filtration Group in 2017 and led Plant Operations for the HVAC facility prior to taking the VP/GM responsibilities for Clear Edge Americas.
Prior to joining Filtration Group, Nikhil was the VP/GM at Thermasys Tubing, a private equity-owned business providing heat transfer solutions to a global customer base serving HVAC markets. He led the business transformation while building a strong leadership team focused on growth. Prior to becoming the GM of Thermasys Tubing, Nikhil held progressive functional leadership roles at API Heat Transfer / Thermasys Corporation. He started his career at Kay Manufacturing, Chicago based tier 2 automotive supplier serving OEM’s.
Nikhil graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master’s in Automotive Engineering from Lawrence Tech University.
