24 Aug Madison Industries Announces Women’s Network Charter
The Madison Women’s Network is taking the next step in its journey by formalizing its leadership structure and piloting a mentorship program for its members
Chicago, Ill. – 08/24/23 – Madison Industries today announced a new Charter and leadership structure for the Madison Women’s Network. The mission of the Women’s Network is to cultivate an allied network for women across the Madison family of businesses which provides opportunities to collaborate, advocate, learn, develop and promote women at all levels.
“We listened to the members of the Madison Women’s Network – a largely grassroots effort until this point – and heard that they were ready for more,” said Jill Wyant, President and CEO of Madison Air and member of the Women’s Network Advisory board. “I am thrilled to continue building a remarkable business, where women are recognized, developed and promoted for their exceptional contributions to our success.”
The Charter consists of an Advisory Board, a dedicated Program Director, and a Leadership board. Each role plays a fundamental role in ensuring this group continues to grow, provide value to the members, and build something truly remarkable.
With a bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset, the leaders of the Charter will guide the Women’s Network in delivering the group’s mission and supporting its members.

Team members across Madison Industries launched a grassroots Women’s Network two years ago which has grown substantially. With the support of Madison Industries CEO & Founder Larry Gies and other executive leaders across Madison, the Women’s Network has hosted both in-person and virtual events regularly. The shared experiences, enthusiasm and feedback at these events has helped the network refine a vision that will allow it to grow and evolve, and most importantly support its members.
In addition to continuing its regular offering of virtual events, the Charter’s first focus area will be the launch of a pilot Mentorship program targeted to accelerate development of new managers inside Madison Industries later this year.
