Former Danaher Executive Highly Regarded for Leadership and Operations Expertise

Chicago, IL – Madison Industries announced today the appointment of Alex Joseph as a Senior Managing Director.  Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Joseph enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career at Danaher Corporation.  Most recently, he held the dual role of Group Executive for the Sensors and Controls operating companies and President of Danaher Middle East and Turkey.

During his tenure at Danaher, he developed and led world-class teams that grew market share, achieved substantial operating profit growth and expanded their margins.  Mr. Joseph brings a wealth of M&A experience, having led the effort on 25 acquisitions of both small and large public and privately held companies on a global basis.
