Scott Cassidy
President, FG Air
Scott Cassidy joined Madison in 2019 and currently serves as the President of FG Air. FG Air features the Filtration Group’s five global air filtration businesses. Previously, Scott was the President of Reelcraft Industries, another Madison Industries portfolio company. Under his leadership, Reelcraft achieved significant revenue growth & value creation; driven by focus on commercial strategy and a strong company culture.
Prior to Madison, Scott held management roles of increasing responsibility at Parker Hannifin and Navistar International. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Scott began his career as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division, earning a Bronze Star and three Purple Hearts for service over two deployments in Iraq.
Scott is a 2025 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
