Before joining Madison, Mr. Osborne was the CEO, Chairman and President of NYSE-listed Scotsman Industries, Inc, an international manufacturer of commercial food equipment. During his tenure at Scotsman, he was responsible for ten acquisitions and joint ventures in six countries, growing company revenues by 500% and selling the company at a 50% premium to market. Prior to his success at Scotsman, Mr. Osborne was the Executive Vice President of Household International’s manufacturing division which spun off Scotsman in 1989.
In 1967, Mr. Osborne began his career at The Pillsbury Company holding various positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager and Product Manager. He is an expert at domestic and international manufacturing management and has a demonstrated ability to grow a manufacturing business.
Mr. Osborne earned his MBA from the University of Illinois. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Buffalo and his Associate’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Erie College.
