Philip Windham
President and CEO, Nortek Global HVAC
Mr. Windham is an executive leader in the HVAC equipment manufacturing industry. He joined Nortek Global HVAC in 2007 and has held multiple leadership roles within the company, primarily focused on channel growth. He is currently the President and —–CEO of Nortek Global HVAC, where he has led the recent structural transformation that improves the company’s customer-centric focus. He has driven the business to embrace 80/20 methodology and delivered focused margin expansion opportunities. Prior to joining Madison, he spent time with ebm-papst and Diversitech in sales management roles.
Mr. Windham currently serves on the AHRI Board of Directors and is a member of the AHRI Audit Committee. He has served various AHRI committees over the last six years and is a former member of the HARDI Foundation Board of Trustees.
Mr. Windham is a graduate of Emory University. He, his wife and two boys live in the greater St. Louis area.
