Eric Young
Group President, Indoor Air Quality, Filtration Group
Eric Young joined Filtration Group as a Group President in April 2023. He brings extensive experience driving organic growth and increasing profitability to his role leading our Indoor Air Quality businesses.
Eric joined Filtration Group from AAR, a diversified Aerospace and Defense services provider, where he led OEM Solutions, a global OEM aftermarket parts distribution business and Nordisk Aviation Products, a global cargo container manufacturing business. Eric has previously held positions at Goldman Sachs and L.E.K. Consulting. Eric holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
