Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Pratt served as the President and CEO of Filtration Group. He joined the business in 2023, having previously served as SVP of the ~$2.5 billion Waters Division of Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), an analytical laboratory instrument and software company. Prior to joining Waters, he led Danaher’s Beckman Coulter Life Sciences operating company and Pall Corporation’s food & beverage, laboratory and biopharma filtration and instrument solutions portfolio. He has served on the board of SPX Flow (NYSE:FLOW). Mr. Pratt is a passionate talent developer with experience scaling companies for growth and maximizing value throughout business and product life-cycles. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and BSc in Chemistry from the University of Reading, UK.
