Karin Overstreet is a strategist and dynamic leader with over twenty-five years of experience profitably growing businesses and developing talent. Karin was recently at IDEX corporation, where she led eleven businesses and was the Global Platform President for the Serve Duty Flow Control (SDFC) group. Karin has a track record of transforming businesses and orienting the culture around growth. She quickly learns markets, understands the impact of megatrends, and creates an entrepreneurial environment to foster innovation.
Before IDEX, Karin held general management, product management, and marketing roles within Stanley Black & Decker, GE, Hewlett Packard, and Honeywell. She consistently delivered growth by launching new products and services, expanding into new geographies, generating digital transformation, and acquiring businesses to enter adjacent markets.
Karin earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. She is a champion for DE&I and was the IDEX executive sponsor for Women in Manufacturing (WIM) and is committed to supporting children with Dyslexia to reach their full potential and has built an International Dyslexia Association (IDA) Board in Connecticut.
