Ms. Woodland leads strategic HR initiatives focused on talent management, compensation, benefits and HR systems across the Madison businesses. Most recently, she served as Managing Director, HR Operations for Madison’s Filtration Group Corporation where she spent the last four years helping to shape the compensation, benefits and HR systems strategy.
Prior to joining the Madison team, Ms. Woodland worked for Dell as a HR Executive supporting global finance, IT and sales organizations. She has experience providing HR expertise to a range of business sizes – from consulting with small start-ups in Austin, Texas, to creating and implementing the HR strategy for a joint venture between GE and Harris Corporation.
Ms. Woodland holds a BA in Psychology and MA in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois. She also serves as Board President of a service-based non-profit and is active in many charitable organizations.
