Joseph Cordosi

Prior to Madison, Mr. Cordosi enjoyed a 20-year career with API Heat Transfer, a $450 million world leader in heat transfer solutions. Most recently, he served as API’s President and CEO, where he was responsible for managing operations in the US, Germany, the UK, China and India. Over his thirteen years leading the company, Mr. Cordosi dramatically grew revenues and profits, creating tremendous value for shareholders and customers.
Previously, Mr. Cordosi was the President of API’s Airtech Division, where he enhanced profitability and pioneered the company’s entrance into China. He began his career with API as the Director of Operations, Basco Division.
Mr. Cordosi earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Buffalo.
