Donnell Z. Miller

Donnell Miller is currently the General Manager of Cablecraft Motion Controls’ Cable Business Unit. In 2020, Mr. Miller was appointed Co-Chair for the Madison Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council where he is focused on creating a global culture of belonging through increased awareness, recognition, recruitment and development.
Mr. Miller has over twenty-five years of experience in financial, strategic and executive leadership. Prior to Cablecraft, he served as CFO of Reelcraft where he was responsible for all aspects of financial strategy and integrity as well as information technology for the organization. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance for Tuthill Corporation, a privately held industrial manufacturer, leading the finance, information technology and strategic sourcing teams as well as supporting business development and corporate strategy.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller held roles of increasing responsibility for global, publicly traded businesses in the medical device industry including Biomet Inc. (now Zimmer Biomet), and Boston Scientific/Guidant Corporation. Mr. Miller led teams in financial reporting, accounting, financial planning & analysis and investor relations. He served as a leader on the Guidant Corporation investor relations team when the team was recognized with the IR Magazine Grand Prix award for best overall IR program in 2004. Mr. Miller began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Blue Jacket, Inc., a not-for-profit focused on increasing employment opportunities for adults with barriers and is a youth football program head coach and mentor.
Mr. Miller graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business (Accounting) and is a CPA.
